Rather than spending hundreds of thousands on purchasing luxury furnishings, Parker Rose negotiated a contract to stage all 5 floor plans from top to bottom for under $100,000. As the homes started selling, the developer found that they were able to increase the listing prices of the available homes as the value of the community continued to increase.

Actual Story: We recently worked with a condo developer that was transforming an apartment complex into condominiums. The Parker Rose design team was able to maximize the space by highlighting the best features of the units, and incorporating furnishings that promoted the feeling of home. The developer let us know that within days of staging the units, sales began to increase and the units quickly moved off the market.

Actual Story: An apartment complex in the Orange County area has 5 floor plans in their complex. However, due to budget constraints they were not able to set up model units, which was making it difficult to meet their occupancy goals. Parker Rose offered them flexible contract terms, allowing the complex the ability to show 2 model apartments, one 1-bedroom and one 2-bedroom, with the ability to make changes as needed. As their occupancy requirements changed, so did the models, which increased their occupancy rate from 82% to 96%.

Actual Story: Our relationship first started with a property management company in Los Angeles when they called us for help with a very high-end VIP client that was coming to town. The property manager let us know that her client was requesting a very specific look and feel and she didn't want to have to buy new furnishings and accessories for one client. After learning more about her client, our design team coordinated furniture, accessories, and accent paints to meet the client's expectations. The property manager let us know that her client was extremely pleased with the result and has continued to utilize Parker Rose for her other special request clientele.
