Leasing Program
Leasing a model home interior gives you almost instantaneous results, helping you forgo large upfront time and money investments that traditional design firms require. And with 3 levels of home staging and your option to stage all or part of your home or model, Parker Rose design can customize an interior that will speak to your buyer. Once your initial 90 day contract is up, keep the staging month to month for just a small percentage of your initial fee, putting you in control of your selling process.
Buyout Program
The Parker Rose Buyout Program is the perfect solution to offering a turn-key homes to your buyer. Once your model is complete, Parker Rose will provide a complete cost analysis of the furnishings. Should your client, or you, decide to purchase all of the furnishing, you will receive up to a 50% rebate of your initial contract fee. Pass that savings on to your buyer for a significant home purchase incentive, or keep the saving yourself to recoup a portion of your costs. A win-win for you and your buyer!
Model Move Program
One of the most significant cost saving services in the industry is the Parker Rose Model Move Program for clients with multiple models to sell. You know that your models are the first to sell. And when they do, you don't have to start the staging process all over again. Parker Rose will move your model quickly to a like or similar unit for a small per square foot fee. Moving your model allows you to amortize the initial cost over multiple units, increasing your sales and lower your cost per model.
Example:
Unit 1A cost $10,000.00 to stage.
Unit 1A sells and Parker Rose moves your model interior to Unit 2A for $1500.00
Unit 2A sells and Parker Rose moves your model interior to Unit 3A for $1500.00
