I want to thank you for your excellent services in staging our San Diego home. In this rapidly cooling real estate market, we were anxious to sell the home, since we have relocated out of state. In its empty state, it languished on the market for three months without any buyers interested.
The staging that you did really helped to showcase the home, bringing out its best qualities and making it beautiful. The same house that languished for three months brought in two offers, full price, within two weeks of re-introducing it to the market in its newly staged condition. Parker Rose Design staged two condos in the Mission Beach area for my client. These condos were a particular challenge due to the unique shapes and sizes of the rooms. The condos were staged both to show space utilization and to compliment the contemporary architecture of the home. Parker Rose also gave us the option to sell the staging with the home. A few weeks after the staging, we went into escrow on one of the units. In addition, traffic has dramatically picked up on the showing of the second unit. If fact we are close to obtaining an offer on that unit as well.

I have never had to do a project like this, but the team work between the Realtor and you, made this project a success! When the CEO and his family arrived to the house, it was just like coming into their own. The house was decorated as requested, very minimalist, but elegant.
